Shopping

How do I make a purchase?
Find the product you would like to buy, select the size and colour, and click ‘add to shopping bag’. You can now carry on browsing and adding items, check your bag and edit its contents, or proceed to checkout. At the checkout, you’ll be asked to provide delivery and payment details. Once your delivery details are filled in you will be able to proceed to payment. When the order is successful you’ll receive an order confirmation email. If you have problems with the checkout process or would simply like some help, please feel free to contact us.

Payment

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
No, you don’t need to - there’s a visitor purchase available. But there are lots of benefits to having an account; you can track orders, view order history, change and manage your details and get all the latest on new arrivals, sales and special promotions.

How can I pay?
We accept online payment in a secure environment through Sagepay with Visa and Mastercard credit cards, as well as Maestro, Visa Electron and Visa Debit cards. We also accept payment via PayPal.

Can I order over the telephone?
Yes. Please feel free to call us.

How do I redeem a special offer or promotion code?
Special offers are automatically applied at the checkout. Promotion codes are very easy to use – you just need to type the code into the box provided in your shopping bag.

Do prices include VAT?
If you're ordering from the UK or European Union all prices are shown in sterling and include 20% VAT on adult’s clothing and 0% VAT on gift vouchers. If you are ordering from outside the UK and European Union or from the Channel Islands all prices are shown in sterling and exclude VAT.

How will I know you've received my order and payment has been taken?
You’ll receive an order confirmation email once a successful order has been placed. Your card will not be debited until we are despatching the goods, at which point you’ll get an order despatch email.

Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?
Yes, as long as it hasn’t been despatched. Please contact us and we’ll arrange this for you.

Is next day delivery available?
We offer an Express Delivery option, this in most cases where the order is placed before 1pm Mon - Fri will see the parcel delivered the next working day but on occasions it can take up to 2 days. Please note this service is not available on Bank Holidays and delivery within 1-2 days can not be guaranteed to the Channel Islands,  Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and remote parts of Scotland.

Do I need to sign for my order?
We won’t need a signature for UK deliveries by Royal Mail but we will for DPD shipments.

Do Lazy Jacks ship to BFPO addresses?
Sorry, not at the moment.

Can I track my delivery?
Yes. We use Royal Mail Track and Trace or DPD Tracking . When your order has been despatched we’ll send you a confirmation email which will include your tracking number/consignment number. This can be used to track your order as it makes its way to your door.

Can I change my delivery address after my order has been despatched?
Sorry, no.

What should I do if I think my order is lost?
Firstly, check your tracking number with Royal Mail or DPD. If it has been more than 10 working days since your order was despatched please contact us and we’ll arrange for a replacement to be sent.

What are your Christmas order cut-off delivery times?

In order to ensure you recieve your Christmas gifts in time please order by our Royal Mail cut off dates

Returns and refunds

What do I do if there's something wrong with my order?

How long do I have to make a return?
We ask that you send your purchase back within 28 days of receipt of goods, making sure it's unused and good as new in its original packaging with all info tags still attached (this does not affect your statutory rights). Find out more about our Returns Policy

What is your Christmas returns policy?

Over Christmas we are extending our returns policy for items purchased between 1 November and 31 December and gifts purchased during this period can be exchanged or refunded up to 31 January 2016. Our other returns terms and conditions still apply.

How do I return an item?

How do I exchange an item?
If you would like an alternative item, please return your original purchase using the form delivered with your goods and re-order using the website to ensure that your alternative item is in stock. For more information please read our Returns page.

How do I know you've received my returns?
If you have an account, you’ll be able to log in and see whether your item has been received. If you don’t have an account, please feel free to call us.

When am I entitled to a refund?
We can refund you as soon as the goods have been received and checked. And once we have refunded your account we will email you to let you know.

How will Lazy Jacks make my refund?
Your refund will be processed back onto the payment card you made the purchase with.
